  • Call our toll-free number at 1-866-277-4949, text us at 204-729-4949, visit one of our locations or fill out a form online to report your claim to a representative during business hours.
  • If calling after business hours, you will be redirected to an independent claims adjuster who will begin the claims process immediately.

Step 2: Initial Questions and Forwarding Information

  • We will ask you some initial questions and forward this information to your insurer.
  • An adjuster will be assigned to your claim to ensure that superior expertise is used in handling your loss.

Step 3: Contact from the Adjuster

  • Expect a phone call from the adjuster within 24 hours (excluding catastrophe losses) to confirm coverage and advise you on how to proceed.
  • If the claim is of an urgent nature, you will be contacted immediately by the adjuster.

Step 4: Onsite Visit

  • The adjuster will schedule an onsite visit with you to assess the damage to your property and estimate the cost of repair, replacement, or actual cash value.
  • Be sure to discuss any questions you have about deductibles, coverage, or repairs with your adjuster at this time.

Step 5: Follow-up and Conclusion

  • A Guild Insurance representative will follow up with you to check on the status of your claim and answer any questions you may have.
