Account Executive
Personal Lines

The Job:


As an Account Executive working as part of our Personal Lines team you will be responsible for selling personal lines products and servicing a book of personal lines business.

Your commitment to ongoing learning will ensure that you are able to provide clients with trusted and knowledgeable advice on home insurance products.

Your care for clients will show as you support them in working through the claims process. As part of our office team, you will also perform general office duties and assist with opening and closing as required.

Office Assistant
Summer Term

The Job:


As our Office Assistant you will get a chance to learn more about our office operations and the insurance industry. You will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting with reception, opening, and closing of the office and general customer inquiries.

You will have an opportunity to learn how to work within our broker management system and gain experience working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization.

This is a full-time summer position with the possibility of on-going part-time employment during the school year.

Auto Broker

The Job:


As an Auto Broker in our office, you will complete a wide variety of insurance transactions. This will include the sale of new auto policies and the renewal of policies, the sale of travel insurance and the collection of payments.

As part of our office team, you will also perform general office duties including opening and closing as required.

Broker

The Job:


There is no cold calling, our online platform will provide you with leads – all you need to do is close. Your job will be to provide our customers with the digital experience they expect through multiple channels including phone, chat, text, and email.

You will use our up-to-date technology and tools that will connect you to your leads as quickly and efficiently as possible and give you the opportunity to earn a great income. By following established workflows, you will ensure a consistent and comprehensive experience for each potential client.

  • Able to communicate complicated concepts and break them down into easy-to-understand terms
  • Passion for sales and a digital client experience
  • Ability to be agile in a digital environment that is always evolving
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Skilled at building relationships and creating customer-focused solutions
  • Self-motivated and have high energy
  • Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
